Best Talk and Interview Show

We all know the drill. A host is sitting at a desk. A guest comes out onto the stage and talks to the host. Their conversation is supposed to be so interesting that millions of home viewers will tune in to hear it.

This basic format has undergone countless innovations, with the inclusion of such far-fetched hosts as Tom Green and Spaceghost, but the central conceit remains the same. The conversation must be interesting.

Hulu has no less than 27 shows that attempt to consistently serve up that interesting conversation.

Readers of The Hulu Review and the general public can vote on their pick in the comments section of this post. The total audience vote will have the weight of one panel member. In addition, the top vote-getter will automatically advance to the next round.

Here are the 27 eligible shows: A shortened list of proposed nominees will be posted next week.
