42 comedic juggernauts, many of which have a proven track record of making people laugh are all vying for top honors. When Arrested Development, The Office, and The Simpsons all throw their hat into the ring, you know things are going to get bloody. And the blood will have some sort of hilarious joke, somehow.
Readers of The Hulu Review and the general public can vote on their pick in the comments section of this post. The total audience vote will have the weight of one panel member.

I've seen Testees and usually enjoy shows of that nature, but it's terrible. Don't waste time with it unless your idea of funny is seeing how many disgusting situations they two guys can get into. I had this set on my DVR to record each new episode and I haven't glanced at the last 3 episodes bc i know it will be more of the same. It is extremely low brow with no redeeming qualities.

There are people who actually like Testees?! I find that amazing. The two episodes I saw were some of the worst things I've ever seen, and FX has obviously given up on since all advertising has stopped. Anyways, Always Sunny is by far the funniest show on Hulu or anywhere else.

The only explanation for why AD isn't the leading vote-getter right now is because not enough people have seen it. "Testees"? Seriously, guys? And I love love love "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia", but it is still far behind Arrested.
